All direct reservations, affected by the necessary closures, will be modified or cancelled. Our teams are available to assist with everything needed. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other tour operators are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
All unexpired or not fully used ski passes, except season passes, or ski services provided by Borosport will be refunded. All season pass owners will be able to use their passes throughout the 2020 summer season as well. Everyone who has purchased ski services or lift passes via a tour operator, travel agency or another ski school, should contact the provider directly.
